Thinking is a Weapon
‘What is Thinkingisaweapon?’
There’s no straightforward answer. Wiki tells us that thinking is a mental process that allows beings to model the world and to deal with it effectively according to their goals, plans, ends and desires, and that weapon is a tool employed to injure, defeat, or destroy an adversary.

It works on the very simple idea that we all see, read, find, think and process vast amounts of visual language each day. We often collect and/or sample things that are compelling even if the moment is ephemeral.

Thinkingisaweapon seeks to provide a collective screen grab of this process - an accidental dialogue through the juxtaposition of content from numerous visually aware contributors in different parts of the world.

The project seeks to present contrasts: function/form, something/nothing, visual language as monumental/incidental.
